ANIMAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE June 6, 2013 Meeting
The Animal Advisory Committee met on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 6:30 pm in the Small Meeting Room at Eastham Town Hall.
Attending: Kerry A. Reid, Roger Dumas, Martin Haspel Joanne Baldauf, and interested person, Dana Greene
Chair Martin Haspel called the meeting to order at 6:34 pm.
Old business:
A motion made by Roger Dumas to approve the minutes of the January 9, 2 013, meeting was seconded by Kerry Reid and
approved unanimously.
A motion made by Kerry Reid to approve the minutes of the January 24, 2013, meeting was seconded by Roger Dumas and
approved unanimously.
A motion made by Kerry Reid to approve the minutes of the January 29, 2013, sessions #1 and #2 meetings was seconded by Roger Dumas and approved unanimously.
New Business:
Chair Haspel then asked for a quorum to be present at the site
Issue meeting with the Carbones. A date for the meeting is pending due to the availability of ACO Back prior to June 28, 2013. Joanne Baldauf was asked to contact Rob and Nicole Carbone to determine the date and check on the progress of the fence and vet evaluation. As soon as the requirements are met, we need to verify the vet visit, modifications to the existing fence, and modifications to the deck. A question was raised concerning rebar.
The Committee then set the following steps:
contact the Carbones re: #3 and #4
contact ACO Back to set up meeting date
Administrative matters:
Since the next meeting date would be on July 4, it was decided to schedule the next meeting on August 1, 2013.
A motion made by Joanne Baldauf to adjourn the meeting was seconded by Kerry Reid and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:02pm.
